Hey hey hey,
I've been out on a pilgrimage for a couple of weeks and it was wonderful and we are back!! Here is a quick and delicious recipe for you all to try! I really hope you all try this recipe!

I first tried blue corn while living in Texas. The taste was a bit more intense and rich compared to yellow corn. Such an amazing flavor. After that encounter I had always wanted to try making something, anything with blue cornmeal.

In March my girlfriend and her family were here for a few weeks visiting us and her daughter wanted cornbread. I went into the pantry and I had no yellow cornmeal left and I remembered buying blue cornmeal recently at the Farmer's Market... it was the perfect opportunity to try something new.

I decided to make blue corn muffins 🌚 when they were finished, baby girl told me that I had made them so fast and she proceeded to eat at least 4 muffins in one sitting. 🤣😂 She absolutely LOVED the 🔵 Blue Corn muffins!
