Before we jump into the process, go ahead and download the Steelseries Engine 3 software, you’ll need it to move forward. So take a quick break, and quickly download from one of the links below:

In this video we go over the following helpful parts of your Arctis 7 Wireless:
1 - The buttons and sliders around the frame of the Steelseries Arctis 7. These include: mute button, slider for mic volume, usb charging port, aux input, slider for audio volume, power button.
2 - How to pull out the mic from the frame of the headset, and the best way to adjust it for optimal sound.
3 - How to update your Arctis 7 firmware. You’ll need to download the software linked at the beginning of the description of this video for this process.
4 - Once the firmware is updated, you can use the Engine 3 software to customize and set modes for your Arctis 7. After this, you’ll be ready to play with your PC.
5 - How to connect Arctis 7 to Ps4, using the wireless adapter, or the included aux cord directly into the controller.
6 - How to manage the settings of your Steelseries Arctis 7 on PS4 specifically.
