This toaster oven we had
This toaster oven we had purchased for the outdoor cabana at Bed Bath & Beyond. Fully mechanical control. It does toasting, baking, and broiling. The convection fan inside operates in Bake mode. It has two separate mode timers which is cool and probably the first time I had seen such a thing, and each with its own bell which is really nice!
For demonstration, it will toast bread. I forget to show the bread's other side when toasted, but I can tell you that it will be a little less toasted than the top, and will have lighter lines for the part of the bread that is in contact with the rack. But still, I am very satisfied with the results.
