We finally finished preparing for our road trip to Mexico with dogs! In this video, we'll share how to prepare for a RV road trip to Mexico including preparing for the border crossing, traveling in a caravan, and camping in Mexico.
We are traveling into Mexico in a RV caravan lead by Caravanas De Mexico. We'll be traveling from Mission Texas in our Escape Trailer 21 exploring Mexico as far South as the Yucatan.
We made the decision to go on this 3 Month road trip through Mexico, just 3 weeks before the departure date. There was a lot of things we needed to complete before we would be ready to leave, including some RV maintenance and modifications we'll share in other videos.
We share the key things we needed to pull together before we could go across the border. This includes documentation, spare parts for the RV and truck, insurance, and some other things. We'll also discuss what we needed to do to take the dogs with us into Mexico and what additional things were needed for traveling in this caravan.
