Will the 2020 American Silver Eagle Coins be Worth More?

I this video I talk about the new 2020 American Silver Eagle Coins and I give my opinion on if I think they will go up in numismatic value or not. The US Mint has decided that this is the 2020 American Silver Eagles will be updated next year to have a new reverse. It is likely that they will have a new security feature on them. Because the 2020 American Silver Eagle Coins are the last year to have the current reverse many people have speculated that they will have a higher numismatic value than the rest of the ASE Coins. While it is true that the 2020 Silver Eagles will be the last of the 34 year series with the current reverse we are on pace to have another very high mintage year for American Silver Eagle Coins. With millions and millions of 2020 American Silver Eagles being minted I think that it is unlikely that these will have a higher numismatic value than the 1996 ASE or any of the other years. I am excited to see what the Silver Eagles will look like next year and I will continue to stack random year or the cheapest BU american silver eagles that I can find in the meantime.
