I visited 3 Las Vegas non-tourist restaurants off the strip in search of the best meal for under $8. — If you're a Vegas visitor, you probably won't be checking these out, but if you're a local, I bet you'll really like at least one of these places that has a fast-casual style sit-down meal for just $8 or less!
