Lenovo N22 Chromebook Review

Lenovo N22 Chromebook Review I show off my Lenovo N22 Chromebook with this quick review. I don't want to dwell on the pros and cons of Chrome, rather just looking at the Lenovo N22. I bought it from Amazon , which is now showing as sold out - link : https://www.amazon.co.uk/Lenovo-Chromebook-Laptop-Celeron-Chrome/dp/B01GCNZ79C - The Amazon reviews are also very good with 298/450 giving 5 star I have to agree that it is a good piece of kit - was very well priced at around £100-130 depending on Amazon offers - powered by N3060 which runs at 1.6Ghz (don't think Chrome uses turbo up to 2.48, link : http://ark.intel.com/products/91832/Intel-Celeron-Processor-N3060-2M-Cache-up-to-2_48-GHz) - has a handle which is actually VERY useful - 11.6" screen as pretty good resolution/ is matte anti glare - strong battery , good for up to 10 hours depending on use (seems to go for days when left on sleep / stand by / used lightly). Lenovo claim 14 hours on their website. - fast boot (in particular from sleep): this should be expected from your Chrome book - billed as rugged : water resistant keyboard (I have not tested!). - capable wifi, streets Ok on my slow internet (some buffering, but that could be my connection) - generous 32 gig flash memory - ONLY 2 gig memory , but in Chrome you don't really notice (you may have to close some browser windows) - usual bugs with Chrome, that crashes sometimes , but everything on the cloud and saved - the 11.6 " size not for everyone , but easy to carry and only 1.25Kg. - responsive mouse pad and good keyboard - connectivity : 2x USB 3.0 (but who uses USB with Chrome?), SD card (but card sticks out when used, could have designed that better); no ethernet, but wifi connectivity is good; audio jack works well. Novel feature is the 180 degree web cam ... useful if want to flip in opposite direction if worried about privacy; filming in opposite direction; Skype (yes you can now Skype) or Google hangouts and need to angle the camera. This Lenovo N22 was designed for US education market, but Amazon Europe must have got a batch and sold them in Europe, and they sold out quickly.
