Oatmeal, banana, cocoa! You haven't tasted anything better. This recipe will conquer everyone
Not sure what to do with oatmeal? This oatmeal recipe is just for you! A very quick and delicious oatmeal dessert. The chocolate flavour of oat cake will win your whole family over! Oatmeal cocoa cake is quick and easy to prepare! Healthy chocolate oatmeal cake. Perfect as dessert or as breakfast if you want.
Banana chocolate oatmeal cake
Ingredients:
200g (2 cups) oatmeal
350ml hot water
- Soak for 10 minutes
60ml (1/4 cup) oil
125g (1/2 cup) yogurt
1 banana
1 egg
2-3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp cacao powder
2 tsp baking powder
50g (1/3 cup) chocolate chips
45g (1/3 cup) almonds
- Round baking dish 20cm + coconut oil
- Bake at 180°C/350°F for 40-45 minutes
- Cool down completely
250g (1 cup) yogurt
2 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp agave syrup/ other sweetener
2 tbsp chocolate sprinkles
Keep in the fridge for 30minutes- 1 hour before serving
