I bought enoki mushrooms from
I bought enoki mushrooms from the mart.
It's cheap, but the texture and taste are excellent.
I've made three simple and delicious dishes.
three top dishes
1. enoki mushroom soup
200 grams of enoki mushrooms, 2 potatoes, a little green onions, 3 garlics, 1/4 onions.
Noodles: 15 anchovies of soup, 1,75 liters of water,

Sauce: 2 tablespoons red pepper paste,
1 tablespoon soy sauce,
1 tablespoon vinegar and 1 teaspoon vinegar,
2 teaspoons sugar,
1/2 tablespoons starch syrup and
1/2 tablespoons sesame oil.
