4000km young, DR 177 pnp tuning with cosa clutch since km500. major defects after only 4000km: 1) crap crank 2) gearbox oil sucker due to loose engine bolts 3) only washers at the engine bolts 4) gear tolerance 0,6mm 5) defect cruciform due to that 6) original piaggio linings & clutch plates after 3500km, with only DR177 pnp power of 10hp already dead (...) 7) cylinderhead leaking = false air 8) stator shaft seal not fuel resistant? started dissolving itself, running downwards 9) clutch cover damaged 10) primary springs look already damaged after 4000km damages of the clutch cover and cosa basket must be bungling after first exchanging the new clutch. the plate came of and damaged cover and basket due to that the plate wasnt removeable, thats the reason why i had to open the clutch when it still was in the engine typical error: if u use a 125ccm oilpump for 20mm carbs, what will happen if u use a 24mm carb? exactly, the carb slide wont open 100% as there are 4mm more to be opened. so better remove the oilpump totally. new setup: DR 186 timings & exhaust port optimized intake at the opened boyesen reeds mazzucchelli full circle 60mm longstroke crank 65/23 transmission original cosa strengthened with honda linings all indian bearings will be exchanged as well but the si24 will be kept but lifted 10mm to be setable again original level it is not setable as it is too near to the reeds -------------------------------------------------------------------------- FOLLOW me on insta: @FreakMoPed fb: www.facebook.com/freakmoped/ --------------------------------------------------------------------------
