[Ingredients]
6 Whole eggs
90g Cake flour
20g Cocoa powder
78g Vegetable oil
105g Milk
75g Caster sugar
[Instructions]
1. Separate egg yolks from egg whites
2. Sift cake flour and cocoa powder
3. Add warm oil (60C), whisk well
4. Add milk and egg yolks, whisk well
5. Whip egg whites with caster sugar, until the soft peaks form
6. Fold whipped egg whites into egg yolks batter
7. Pour the mixed batter into the baking pan (18cm*18cm)
8. Bake with water bath in the preheated oven at 140C for 70 minutes
