Boring & Broaching a Kop Flex Shaft Coupling Part 1

This will be the first video in a series about boring and broaching some shaft couplings, or also known as gear couplings. These come from the manufacturer with a unfinished bore so that they can be machined the customers specifications later. I have two to machine, each with a different bore size and keyway. First video will be about setting up in the lathe and boring to size.
Coming up will be the machining of the two broach plugs required to broach the internal keyways.
