Should I powerstance my bleed build? | Is dual-wielding worth it in Elden Ring?

In this Elden Ring video, I tested to see if it's worth it for someone to powerstance their bleed weapons. I've spent the majority of my first playthrough with the Meteorite Ore Katana and switching out a secondary when I find ones I like. I really didn't know if risking the extra swings was really worth it since dual-wielding doesn't do much extra initial damage as it is but I had some fun testing this one out!
Bleed is a pretty strong mechanic in Elden Ring, the damage is dealt as a percent of an enemies HP so even if your sword slashes only do 10 damage the bleed effect will hit for a percentage of their maximum HP so the more hp they have the more damage your bleed effect will do. Dexterity bleed builds are a great type of build enabling you to deal massive damage up close and still keep your distance with bows and magic. If you're interested in running a dex build I recommend a bleed version of it!
