Step into the heart of Lyon and experience a peaceful yet lively autumn walk through Parc de la Tête d'Or, one of France's most beloved urban parks and its biggest! On this sunny September Sunday, the park comes alive with locals and visitors alike, enjoying the beautiful blend of early autumn colors and late-blooming flowers.
In this 4K walking tour video, we'll explore the central city park's highlights, including the serene rose garden, the poignant war memorial, the tranquil lake, and the diverse botanical gardens. Keep an eye out for a giraffe sighting as we pass by Lyon city zoo in the centre of the park. If you are visiting France and Lyon the park is located in the northern part of the 6th arrondissement it can be accessed from the city centre by foot via a delightful 30 minute walk along the river Saône or on the metro to stop Foch (Line A) from Perrache and then a 10 minute walk.
