Wild West Garden Railway

On Sunday 9 October I headed out to Maryborough with friends to check out Brent's Wild West Garden railway.
Well what a fantastic Garden Railway it is, Brent has built this railway from scratch, the track,points, buildings and bridges, he has built himself, either from pictures, which he has modeled the Denver Colorado Railway.The sleepers have been individually made and they even have proper track nails.
Brent was also kind enough to show us his ON30 scale model railway he has up in his attic,he has made in the shed,again all built from scratch and even using natural plants and mosses for the scenery,brilliant and it looks so natural.
Brent also showed us his 1923 tractor running.
We all came away amazed in the detail and  skill he has put into his modeling.
Thank you Brent and Pip for an amazing day we all enjoyed your railway and Pip your fantastic scones and cakes, oh and the BBQ was also brilliant.
Thanks to Wayne and Judi McKail for introducing me to Brent and his wife Pip, we all hope to catch up again soon for another run day.
