Fairly important info missing from video: Dawns arrow is very good for a defensive cooldown. Makes mobs blind and confused for 2.5 seconds, and if you don't move they don't attack or move either.
Another thing to note is weapon is entirely personal preference for the fighter build. You can use any combination of one handers, great sword, great axe or bow. All work well dagger, great axe and great Sword are probably the best for PVE.
