The average count would be
The average count would be 200g - 250g of meat per portion.
2.7 kg of beef meat (around 200g you cut out in tendons and silver skin)
2.5 kg of onion (maybe slightly less)
2-3 table spoons of pork fat
half of dried red habanero, but any kind of hot chilly pepper will work (half teaspoon of cayene pepper for example would do the similar job)
2 liters of dark beer
2 table spoons dried ground paprika
2 table spoons of smoked paprika
1.5 table spoons of ground caraway seeds
10 Juniper berries
2 - 3 teaspoons of ground black pepper
10 - 12 big garlic cloves (one head)
table spoon of dried Majorana leaves (type of oregano)
german type bread (brown)
2-3 table spoons of fine flour (to thicken the sauce if too liquid)
