How to add Environment Business areas in Centre of Excellence starter kit ?

This video demonstrates the usage of Business Areas in centre of excellence starter kit. The environment business areas are used to segregate the environment classifications in Power Platform. These classifications can be used to report on costs centre or usage details on the environment inventory within your tenant. The master data for the environment business area can be configured using Power Platform Admin view app.
