the panic attack is the type of anxiety disorder. as the name indicates the symptoms of panic attack appear all of a sudden. they are very severe nature. there are two types of the symptom of panic attack. one type is the psychological symptom. the most common psychological symptom of the panic attack is the extreme fear. the patient can have the fear of death or any other serious physical illness such as heart attack paralysis choking etc. patient is very much worried about his Physical health. and due to this excessively worry about physical health the patient go for repeated physical and medical consultations.
the physical symptoms of the panic attack are very broad in nature. the physical symptoms of panic attack can cover the whole body. these symptoms can involve from head to toe. the patient can have dizziness dryness of mouth feeling of choking. similarly the patient can have chest pain especially on the left side of the just that radiates towards the left arm. this pain is very much similar with cardiac pain. but all the investigations about cardiovascular system or normal. the other symptoms of panic attack are breathlessness chest compression diarrhoea frequent micturation and burning during micturition. the patient has tremors on the hands and the cold sweats.
so there is a white range of the physical symptoms of the panic attack. there is one thing he wanted to mention. the symptoms of panic attack real but the cause is psychogenic. if the patient feels a pain in chest, the pain is real. the patient is not mimicking the pain. but the cause of the pain is not in cardiovascular system the cause is in the mind.
when we talk about the causes of panic attack there are a lot of causes of the panic attack. the one important cause of the panic attack is most of the people with a panic attack are usually very much concerned about their Physical health. they may have adverse experiences in their lifetime such as the sudden death of their closed family being but at the friend due to the sudden disease such as heart attack.
