4 cups Long grain Rice
2 cups Mung Bean
1 large Onion
2 Bay leaves
2 cloves of Garlic
1 teaspoon Ginger paste
1 kilo Chicken (with or without bones)
1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
1 teaspoon Coriander powder
1 teaspoon Black pepper
1 teaspoon Paprika powder
Salt to taste
4 medium Tomatoes (grated)
3 tablespoons Yogurt
Saffron water:
1 teaspoon Saffron
3-4 tablespoons boiling water
6-7 litres Boiling water
2-3 tablespoons Salt
4-5 Cardamoms
1/2 cup hot oil
