SolidWorks API Tutorial #4: Introduction to SketchManager and FeatureManager

In this tutorial we'll make a cylinder of fixed length and diameter.  In doing so, we'll create our first subroutine and you'll get an introduction to the API SketchManager and FeatureManager.
