proxmox 8 NOMODESET with nvidia gpu - fresh install on host

creating this short how-to for anybody still using old nvidia graphics card on physical host and experiencing issues while installing proxmox 8.0 or 8.1. I can imagine how strange it felt to not find the actual resolution on forums, nobody could create a simple video for this solution. of course we can figure out all other regular stuff but this show stopper had to be addressed
