A simple Christmas cake using croffles ^^
You will need a waffle pan, but no oven, it can be made simple,
so I chose it as a Christmas no-oven cake ^^
Like mentioned in the video,
this cake was first released in a croffle store called 'Saddler House' in Sinsa-dong, Korea
I found it on Instagram first,
after searching, there are two types of the cake being sold via reservation at Saddler House ^^
The cake at the store isn't cheap,
but including the ingredients (strawberries are expensive..) and wrapping package,
it wouldn't be a bad idea to purchase the cake as there won't be too much difference ^^
I bought around 20 doughs,
and I made croissants and croffles the next morning~ ^^
It is an especially cold winter due to covid,
but I hope you make good memories with people you love this Christmas ^^
