Quick and easy to remove
Quick and easy to remove injectors from a 2.0 Diesel Common Rail engine. Cylinder 1 and cylinder 2 are connected with a clamp and can only be removed in pairs.
Installation takes place in reverse order.
Replace screw:
Initial tightening 2 Nm, then screw on the union nuts of the high-pressure lines by hand and align injection units 8 Nm +270° (3 x 90° further rotation angle)
