ingredients for 6 people:
3 tb orange liquer
3 or 4 oranges
1/2 lemon
orange juice (from the oranges)
(all the above comes to 2 cups)

6 egg yolks
1/2 sugar
2 tsp cornstarch

6 egg whites
pinch of salt
1 tb sugar
1/4 cream of tartar (my call)

1/2 cup chilled cream
6 orange shell cups or dessert cups

orange peels
cup of sugar
1/3 water
1 tsp vanilla
