How to downgrade iPhone 7 Plus iOS 15 to iOS 14.8

There are many reasons why you want to run iPhone software, downgrade the latest iOS version to an older version. For example, the new iOS version, you find it consumes more battery, there is a lag phenomenon. As in my case, I want to downgrade from iOS 15 to iOS 14.8 so I can jailbreak my iPhone 7 Plus.
Before doing this, you should back up important data, log out of your iCloud account in case you don't remember your iCloud account so you can log back in after Flashing.
