[Ingredients] (about 15-20 serves)
-Leg of Ham 4.5-5kg (9.9-11lb)
-Water 450-500ml
-Honey 250g
-Brown sugar 200g
-Clove 6 pieces
-Fresh orange Juice (and zest) 300ml (3-4each)
-Fresh lemon juice (and zest) 180ml (2-3each)

👉Tips
-In the video, I prepare the ham first, but I recommend you to make the sauce first, so you can prepare the ham while you are cooling the sauce
- Every ovens are different. So you might need little adjustment for the oven temperature and cooking time especially for last 15mins.
But ham is a cooked product. So you don't have to worry about undercooking. Just finish it when it looks perfect to your eyes
-You can refrigerate or freeze the leftover ham for making sandwich or salad in future!
