hello guys note 1 kg aloo chicken gosht recipe for home cooking.


cooking oil.1cup
potato.......half kg
yougert...1cup
red chilli powder.1.5tb spn
salt to taste
tumeric....1 tea spn
chicken.1kg
water2 glass or 150ml
black paper...8/10
cloves...........8/10
green cardamom.4
ginger+garlic 2tb spn
Small size onion 1 brown and crushed
Cumin seeds..1 tb spn


......................................
then your chicken and potato will tender and add 1 small size onion in crushed and  brown foam and 1 tb spn crushed cumin seed and cook 5to7 minuts high flame as per your gravy requairments.
