Ingredients:
- 2 cups uncooked rice of choice (I used the Nishiki brand)
- 2 - 3 salmon filets (not too thick)
- 1 tsp salt
- 2.5 cups dashi stock (more/less depending on rice brand. Substitute with low sodium chicken broth)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 stalk green onion for garnish

To make dashi stock:
- 2.5 cups water
- 2 tsp dashi powder
