Fix Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K reboot loop

If your Fire TV encountered reboot loop after installing google play service, following are my steps to fix it.
1. Plug Fire TV stick to PC
2. Install adb driver
3. Execute adb shell and use pm uninstall  to remove all packages cause reboot
In my case is com.google.android.gms and com.andriod.vending
