102 Railway Queen is seen on a test run on the Rhyl Miniature Railway on Sunday 7th July 2024
Barnes Atlantic 102 Railway Queen (formerly Michael), previously worked at the Woodland Park Miniatue Railway (Isle of Grain, Rochester, Kent), Belle Vue Zoo in Manchester (where it was named Railway Queen). The locomotive steamed for the first time since 1989 in December 2017. Further Barnes Atlantics 105 Michael, 101 Joan and 106 Billy are seen inside the trainshed alongside 44 Cagney and 99 Prince of Wales.
While Railway Queen was having repairs Dudley Zoo Railway steam outline locomotive 'Clara' hauled passenger services.
