1.) Turn it off
2.) HOLD ON/OFF + VOLUME UP  !
3.) Use Volume up and down for navigation
4.) WIPE DATA/ FACTORY RESET
5.) REBOOT SYSTEM NOW
6.) HARD RESET DELETE ALL DATA IN DEVICE!!!
