Moong Dal Khasta Kachori
Ingredients
 Ingredients for dough
 All purpose flour (maida)   : 2 cup  
 Clarified butter     : 1/4 cup
 Carom seeds     : 1/2 tsp
 Salt       : 1/2 tsp
 Yellow lentil  (Moong dal)   : 1/2 cup
Ingredients for stuffing
 Gram flour (besan)    : 4 tbsp
 Black salt or salt     : 1/2 +1/2 tsp          
(According to taste)
 Red chilli powder    : 1/2 tsp
 Turmeric powder    : 1/2 tsp
 Coriander powder    : 1 tbsp
 Garam masala      : 1 tsp
 Fennel seeds      : 1 tbsp
 Coriander seeds     : 1 tbsp
 Dried mango powder (amchoor powder): 1 tbsp
 Sugar powder      : 1 & 1/2 tsp
 Kasuri methi      : 1/2 tsp
 Refined oil      : 3 tbsp
 Asafetida (hing)     : 1 pinch
 Black pepper      : 7-8
