Chicken Lo Mein using spaghetti noodle Easy Peasy

Chicken Lo Mein with spaghetti noodles Ingredients: ½ pound of chicken thighs or chicken breast, cut into bite-sized slices 2 to 3 cups of cooked spaghetti noodles ½ carrots, julienned 2 cups of cabbage, julienned ½ onion, julienned 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil 2 tablespoons of the green part of the scallion or cilantro 2 teaspoons of minced garlic 1 teaspoon of the white part of the scallion ½ teaspoon of minced ginger (optional) Sauce: In a bowl, put ½ cup of water, add three tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of dark soy sauce for color (optional), 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce or 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar Directions: 1. Marinate the chicken with one tablespoon of soy sauce, ½ tsp of pepper, 1 tsp of corn starch, 1 tablespoon of oil and let it sit for at least 15 minutes or half an hour. 2. Cut all the vegetables and set aside. 3. Heat a nonstick pan to high, put 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, then add the chicken to cook until medium-well doneness and add garlic and all the vegetables to cook for about 5 minutes. Then add the noodle and cook for about 5 minutes again. Then pour the sauce into the pan. Cook until everything is soft about another 10 minutes or well cooked. Add 1 tsp of sesame oil and cooking wine (optional). Add the green scallion for garnish, then it’s done and serve.
