Paragliding is something we've both always wanted to try but were a bit scared of. Sarah has a fear of heights so paragliding sounded like a no go. But while we were in Colombia, Sarah decided one day that she really wanted to go paragliding and so we went for it! Is 2023 the year Sarah faces her fears and becomes an adrenaline junkie?!
