First roast sesame seeds on low flame for 2 to 3 minutes. Turn off the gas when the sesame crackles. Roast and grind the peanuts. Add roasted peanut, gram dal and grated dry coconut to the roasted sesame seeds and mix well and keep aside. Cut the banana leaf and heat it gently on low flame. And apply oil on it. Now to prepare jaggery paste, take grated jaggery in a pan, add 2 tbsp ghee and 2 tbsp water and keep it on low flame. After 2 minutes jaggery will dissolve completely. Stir the mixture continuously. To check that the pak is ready, take water in a dish and add two drops of jaggery mixture in it. Now when a soft ball of jaggery paste forms in the water, it should be recognized that the jaggery paste is ready. Add 1 teaspoon of cardamom powder to the mixture and mix well. Now turn off the gas and add roasted sesame seeds, peanuts, grated dry coconut and roasted gram dal and mix well. Turn the ladle while the mixture is hot. Here we are going to use a simple trick to make the sesame ladoo using a banana leaf. Now place a spoonful of the mixture on it and make a round shape. In this way, the hands will not get hurt while making the ladoos and the ladoos will turn easily.
