Use images with the Ansys Maxwell "SheetScan" tool to import datasets of material characteristics such as complex permeability, B vs H, or P vs B to extract core loss coefficients for motors, inductors and transformers. In this example we show how to import a dataset of the real part of complex permeability to use in the Eddy Current (frequency dependent) solver and use Ferroxcube magnetic core material specification 3F46 as an example. This material is used in wireless power transfer (charging) power electronics applications. Please like this video if you like this content.
