SAUCONY ENDORPHIN SPEED 3 - Long Run Shoe Test - One of the best of 2022 so far | EDDBUD
Today I tested the Saucony Endorphin SPEED 3 over a 10 mile or 16.1 km ish distance in some warm conditions with 20mph winds and some 17c temps. Lots of lovely showers to cool me down were very welcome.
2.5 miles easy pace along with some 1km reps at 10km pace with 2 min recovery in between. 2.5 miles of fartlek effort back home.
I discuss the upper, midsole and outsole performance on what is a variation to my typical and regular long run route in terms of paces and location. The outsole is improved in wet conditions now with the new rubber placement.
This is a shoe that has been sent to me for review though my views and opinions are not being vetted before i publish them to you.
