【How to make Mouthwatering Squid Sushi】Step-by-step on preparing Sumi Ika 【From filleting to Nigiri】

Hello everyone, welcome to another episode of Akira's Sushi At Home!

Today we are showing you how prepare SQUID from the scratch,
up until it turns into a gorgeous, mouth-drooling sushi.

Today we used CUTTLEFISH (Sumiika, 墨イカ)
as this is the most popular (and loved!) Squid amongst Sushi masters.
It is known for its cripsy texture, and it doesnt get tough even if you cook it.
Also goes perfectly well with Shari rice :)
