This is a quick comparison video to see the differences between active dry yeast and instant dry yeast and also how to proof or test if your yeast is still alive.
I bought these yeast months ago I had to test to find out if it was still alive and it was as you can see in the video.
KEY INGREDIENTS
1.Warm water 1/4 CUP
2. 1tsp sugar
3. 2 1/2 tsp yeast (1 PACKET)
