-use the hook grip
-widen your feet into your squat base (this will prevent you from having to move your feet every rep)
-contact the hips for full hip extension
-slightly pull yourself beneath the bar each rep (although most will want to muscle clean)
-arms extend first to initiate the descent then the hips are set back to lower the bar to ground
