High-rigidity positioning slide robot conveyor (ROBOCON) - under development as of 6/21/2024

・Variations: Robocon has many variations in motors and ball screws (diameter and lead), allowing for various combinations
・Short delivery time: Most parts are made in-house, so short delivery times are possible
・Maximum number of sliders: Robocon is unlimited
・Start-up adjustment: Robocon does not require strict leveling (1 person-day for this system configuration)
Actuator: 85 axes
Controller: 11 units
【 Product details: 】
The robot conveyor system is a new product currently under development.
There is no limit to the line length. In addition, since the guide is built in, work can be done directly on the conveyor. This eliminates the need for a retraction mechanism, reducing cycle time, costs, and space. Since the dynamic allowable moment and allowable thrust load are large, various tasks can be performed on the conveyor. We are working to unify the assembly robot and control with this conveyor mechanism, which will contribute to a significant reduction in the labor required to start up the equipment.
