Masala pav is a popular street food recipe. We already have seen how to make masala pav. Today taking one step ahead we are making cheesy masala pav. This has nice garlic flavor too. So you can call it cheesy garlic masala pav. This is a very easy and simple recipe. We are making it without oven, on a skillet. It turns out crispy, cheesy and buttery. Ingredients:
• Butter
• Finely chopped Onion
• Finely chopped Green chili
• Ginger-Garlic paste
• Finely chopped Tomato
• Finely chopped Capsicum
• Frozen peas
• Pav bhaji masala
• Red chili powder
• Salt to taste
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves
• 2 tsp Butter
• 1 tbsp grated Garlic
• Chili flakes
• Black pepper powder
• 6 Ladi pav
• Mozzarella Cheese

Method:
• Heat up a pan on medium heat and add butter.
• Add onion and fry until it gets light golden color.
• Add greeb chili, ginger-garlic paste and mix well.
• Add tomato and mix well.
• Add capsicum and cook everything together until it softens well.
• Add green peas and mix well.
• If you are using fresh peas then add it with tomato.
• You can skip peas if you don’t like.
• Add pav bhaji masala, salt and mix well.
• Cook everything well together for about 3-4 minutes. Tava masala for masala pav is ready.
• Add coriander leaves and mix well.
• For making garlic butter take butter in a bowl and add garlic, chili flakes, black pepper powder, coriander leaves.
• Mix well and garlic butter is ready.
• Take pav and cut it across.
• Don’t cut it open. Just leave the edge portion as it is.
• Spread tava masala for masala pav on the base of the pav, cheese and close it.
• The tava masala should be hot so that cheese melts well.
• Heat up the same pan on very low heat and spread garlic butter on it.
• Place the pav on the pan and toast it well from lower side for about 5 minutes.
• Spread garlic butter on upper side and flip it over.
• Toast it from other side for just 2 minutes.
• Flip it over once and take it off into a dish.
• Cheesy garlic masala pav is all ready.
