Healthy Navadhanya Mixture. In this video, I showed you the recipe for the navadhanya mixture. This recipe is filled with fiber and proteins and hence it's a healthy protein mixture for snacks. You can also add other grain legumes like horse gram, green mung dal. Also, to make this recipe even healthier you can also add some nuts like badam, cashews, and so on. One tip I would like to insists is completely draining out the water and dry the grain legumes without any wetness for at least 2 hours or even more based on the weather conditions, under the fan or in the sunshade. I hope you will also try this healthy, crunchy, spicy mixture as well!
