Easy to master, the string technique tutorial will take your fluid pouring pieces to a new level in no time.
Watch as Hobbycraft Artisan and artist Aimee Gray demonstrates the string pulling technique, talking you through every step and showing you how you can use the effect to create the look of holly leaves. This is a great way to create a more controlled piece of fluid art and it is easily adaptable to suit your ideas.
You’ll need string, pre-mixed colours (acrylic paint and pouring medium), as well as your canvas to craft along! This is a great way to experiment with colour as you begin to master fluid art.
