Outgoing president of Iraq Kurdistan region Massoud Barzani said that the Kurds overwhelming support to independence from the rest of Iraq has met betrayal form within the Kurdish side. He told the BBC's Shaimaa Khalil that the takeover of the city of Kirkuk by the Iraqi forces would help so-called Islamic State who's already regrouping as he said.
