How are you doing in the five-day challenge so far?
In this video, the challenge is all about a digital detox or tech detox. A tech detox means that we keep track of our electronic device usage and limit them to aid in our sleep.
Did you know that blue light tricks your brain into thinking it is still daytime? This is why it is hard to fall asleep at night after you have been scrolling or fall asleep with the TV on.
