Usually superfoods are expensive but nature has blessed with so many options. In this video I am explaining the health benefits of carrot. Carrot is an amazing health beneficial and tasty food.

Nutrition in a half cup of fresh carrots is as under
• 25 calories
• 6 g carbohydrates
• 2 g fiber
• 3 g sugar
• 0.5 g protein
• 73% RDA vitamin A
• 9%  RDA vitamin K
• 8%  RDA K and fiber
• 5%  RDA vitamin C
• 2%  RDA calcium and iron
• • antioxidants in carrots are carotenoids and anthocyanins. Against cancer
• • Potassium in carrots can help keep your blood pressure in check.
• Vitamin A and beta-carotene, which there’s evidence to suggest can lower your diabetes risk.
They can strengthen your bones. Carrots have calcium and vitamin K, both of which are important for bone health.
Lot of folklores are about carrot like its juice mixed with fennel is good for eye sight, blindness, carrot is very effective against constipation, bone health, muscle development, cancer prevention.
