This time we visited Marchepia Bandai in Minato, Niigata Prefecture.
As a fish lover, this is one of the stores I have been wanting to shoot for a long time.
Kadokami Gyorui is also famous in Niigata, but this shop is so popular that its parking lot is filled every day.
Not only fresh fish, but also many side dishes and bento boxes made with local fish are prepared every day.
As someone who loves the sound of "local fish," I ate a lot of bento boxes here every day.
The prices are inexpensive and all the food is delicious.
By the way, please note that the charcoal grill is only available on Saturdays and Sundays. On the day of the photo shoot, there were many customers lined up, so I went there later (on a weekday) to have some later in the day , but it was not open, so I could not take pictures...
