How to make a life sized dress using paper

Using only:
Black card
Black tissue paper
Black crepe paper
Peacock feathers
Small gems
Glue and sellotape

So I ordered a dress for a party from a company in china but when it arrived I found out it was too small and the sewing quality was terrible. Basically it was a load of rubbish, so I decided to make a better dress out of actual rubbish.
